Why Wukong and Selena work together

Wukong's Golden Cudgel deals factor 15,000 and raises his ATK by 20% for 5 seconds. When hit by a Burst he has a 30% chance to summon a clone with 300% of his ATK (clones do not fight in rallies or garrisons). Fiery Eyes gives a 60% chance to ignore each debuff, and Cloud Somersault raises Cavalry HP by up to 35% and blocks slows.

Selena's Mistsplitter Arrow (factor 7,800) cuts the target's ATK and speed by 30% for 2 seconds. Phantom Assault gives Cavalry +25% ATK and +12% speed, Gift of the Predator adds +15% Cavalry HP and +30% damage to Blackforged, and Engineered Revival heals comrades (more with Erin in the troop). Awakened, she gains 50 rage per skill.

Monkey Minions (Passive): When hit by Burst damage, 30% chance to summon a clone with 50% of Wukong's Max HP and 300% of his ATK for 6 seconds (up to 2 clones). Clones only attack and counterattack, do not count as casualties, and do not appear in Rallies or Garrisons.
Fiery Eyes (Passive): Chance to become immune to each debuff applied.

Selena

Mistsplitter Arrow (Burst): Strikes the target and cuts its ATK and movement speed for 2 seconds.
Phantom Assault (Passive): Raises ATK and movement speed of Cavalry soldiers.
Engineered Revival (Passive): Normal attacks have a 20% chance to heal comrades' lightly wounded soldiers; healing received rises if Erin is in the troop.
