About this guide

Fate War Guide is an independent, fan-made guide to IGG's Fate War. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by IGG.

Where the data comes from

• In game. Hero skills are read from each skill's Upgrade Preview, which shows all five levels, on a Chieftain Hall 30 account. Event scoring and rules are copied from the event screens with the date they were seen.
• Patch notes. Official update notes for new heroes, events and balance changes.
• Earlier notes. This site's 2025 guide, written from play. These facts are labelled and re-checked over time.
• Community. Third-party guides and tier lists. Used only where nothing better exists, always labelled, and never for skill numbers.

How the tier list works

Every hero is assumed fully starred, awakened and talented. Each commander and lieutenant pair is scored on damage per second times effective HP, using the max-level skill values, troop-type conditions and commander-only rules. A hero's tier is the score of their best pair. The full method is on the meta page.

Corrections

Game values change with updates. Each hero and guide page shows when it was last checked and against which game version.
