Resource Nodes in Fate War – Complete Strategy Guide

Resource Nodes are the backbone of your Kingdom’s economy in Fate War. Every building upgrade, troop training, and research project depends on a steady flow of Food, Lumber, Stone, Iron, and Knowledge. Mastering how to manage and upgrade these nodes is the difference between a thriving Kingdom and one that constantly struggles with shortages.

Types of Resource Nodes

Your Kingdom has multiple nodes for each resource, usually in three sizes: Small, Medium, and Big. Each node can be upgraded individually.

  • Food – Farms, Fishery, Hunting Grounds
  • Lumber – Lumber Mills
  • Stone – Quarries
  • Iron – Mines
  • Knowledge – Scholar Circles

Resource Node Components

Each node has four upgradable components:

  1. Production Level – How much of the resource is generated.
  2. Transportation Level – How much can be transported from the node to storage.
  3. Workers – The number of workers assigned to the node.
  4. Roads – Increases the transportation speed and efficiency.

🔑 Tip: The key to efficiency is balancing Production vs. Transportation so your nodes generate a useful stockpile without being bottlenecked.

Early Game Strategy

  • Focus first on Food and Lumber, since these are required for almost every building and army upgrade.
  • Assign 1–2 workers per node to spread your workforce across multiple nodes.
  • Upgrade Production slightly higher than Transportation. This ensures that you always have a small stockpile, even if your transportation is slower.
  • Keep Roads upgrades low in the beginning — other upgrades give better value.

Mid to Late Game Strategy

  • Shift focus toward Iron and Stone as building upgrades and advanced troop training demand massive amounts.
  • Assign 4–5 workers per node for maximum output.
  • Always keep Production > Transportation. Example: Production 90, Transportation 70 will generate a low-to-mid stockpile that you can drain later with boosts.
  • Use Transportation Boosts (1000%) strategically to empty stockpiles when you need massive resource transfers.
  • Upgrade Roads in high-demand nodes (especially those close to your Chieftain Hall) to improve efficiency.

Workers Management

  • Idle workers will automatically collect random resources around your Kingdom, which is useful but less efficient than nodes.
  • If you need emergency resources or are waiting for building timers, you can temporarily pull a worker from a node.
  • Always reassign them back when possible — long-term consistency is key.

Advanced Tips

  • Nodes closer to the Chieftain Hall transport resources more frequently, meaning they often need higher production levels to keep up.
  • Avoid the common mistake of upgrading Transportation too much without Production. This makes your storage number look high but your actual generation is too slow.
  • Maintaining a constant low-to-mid stockpile across all nodes is ideal — it means your production is strong, and you always have resources ready for boosts.
  • By late game, well-developed nodes can generate enough resources that you don’t even need to gather from outside nodes in tribe lands or islands.

Conclusion

Resource Nodes are not just passive buildings — they require smart balancing and long-term planning. Prioritize Food and Lumber early, then Iron and Stone later. Keep Production slightly above Transportation, assign workers wisely, and use boosts at the right time to maximize efficiency.
