Fate War Kingdom Development Guide – Buildings, Resources & Advanced Growth Strategies
Kingdom development is at the heart of Fate War. Every building, resource node, and upgrade you choose determines how quickly your power grows and how effectively you can compete in events and wars. Unlike the Beginner’s Guide to Fate War, which focuses on the first month of play, this page dives deeper into the buildings, resources, and long-term strategies that shape your Kingdom.
Core Buildings of the Kingdom
🏰 Chieftain Hall
The Chieftain Hall is the foundation of your Kingdom. It unlocks most features, determines maximum building levels, and controls your growth speed. Almost every major upgrade ties back to it.
Strategy Tip: Always prioritize Chieftain Hall upgrades—falling behind here slows your entire development.
⚕️ Infirmary
The Infirmary produces Medicine and heals wounded soldiers. Its capacity becomes critical during events like Kill Days or Tribal Showdown.
Strategy Tip: Keep Infirmary levels high during war-heavy phases so you can recover quickly and avoid losing troops permanently.
📚 Shrine
Research happens here across three paths:
- Economic → boosts production, gathering, and transport efficiency.
- Military → strengthens your troops, formations, and battle stats.
- Tribal Showdown → event-specific bonuses for Tribe vs. Tribe battles.
Strategy Tip: If you’re aiming for long-term sustainable growth, start with Economic research. Aggressive players should prioritize Military early.
🌟 Miracle Hut
This is your gateway to Hero Calls and Special Calls. Heroes are the backbone of both combat and support strategies. The Miracle Hut provides hero development items, Mementoes, and occasionally new heroes.

🛠 Builder Commons
Assigning workers here boosts construction speed.
- Early Game: 2-3 workers are enough.
- Mid/Late Game: 10-15 workers maximize speed for larger construction queues.
🏹 Military Barracks
Your army is trained here across four unit types:
- Berserkers (infantry)
- Axethrowers (ranged)
- Cavalry (mounted troops)
- Beast Riders (elite troops)
Each unit type has specific strengths and weaknesses, so a balanced army is essential.
🧱 Wall
Your Wall defends the Kingdom during sieges. Assigning the right Garrison Heroes can make or break your defense.
Strategy Tip: Choose heroes with defensive talents, survivability, and troop buffs to maximize protection.
Resource Nodes & Management
Your Kingdom generates five key resources:
- Food – Farms, Fisheries, Hunting Grounds
- Lumber – Lumber Mills
- Stone – Quarries
- Iron – Mines
- Knowledge – Scholar Circles
Each node has four components to manage: Production, Transportation, Workers, Roads.
Early Focus: Upgrade Food and Lumber.
Later Focus: Prioritize Stone and Iron for higher-level upgrades.

Diplomacy & Tribe Role
No Kingdom survives alone. A strong Tribe ensures resource sharing, coordinated events, and protection. Good diplomacy reduces wasted resources on healing and rebuilding after raids.
Tip: Join a Tribe that fits your playstyle—whether builder-focused or aggressive fighters.
Growth Phases of a Kingdom
- Early Game: Resource production, Chieftain Hall upgrades, and basic army training.
- Mid Game: Expand troop capacity, balance lower-tier upgrades, and maximize event rewards.
- Late Game: Perfect heroes, artifacts, runes, and secure island buildings for Tribe dominance.
Final Thoughts
Kingdom Development in Fate War is a balance of economy, military, and tribe cooperation. By keeping your Chieftain Hall upgrades on pace, managing resources wisely, and coordinating with your Tribe, you can dominate both in events and long-term progression.
